This is wonderful tasting corn flour, some of the best I've had. Perfectly milled. Beautiful color.I emailed the company and asked if their flour is gluten free before I ordered it, sadly it isn't. It's made on shared equipment with wheat and other flours :(
I switched to a gluten free diet and was hoping that it would be OK, not knowing my level of sensitivity. Unfortunately, I don't think I can order this again.
The company was very responsive and replied quickly to my email and explained things in detail, I very much appreciate that! If the company would process this corn flour gluten free, I'd buy it all the time! Please... :)
