I never expect very much from pre-popped bag popcorn. I am a huge fan of kettle korn when it is popped right in front of me at the State Fair or Parades. I was most certainly skeptical here but my children saw this brand at Whole Foods, with its super cute little logo and just HAD to have it.
I opened it for a snack today and snuck in a few tastes and was so very suprised! It is popped to that round shape that the kettle korn gets. And the salty is still there but its covered by a very thin coating of sweet. At first, I had to remind myself that it wasn't caramel corn, that's the sweet coming through.
Both of my kids have been quiet for a good 20 minutes, chomping away at their kettle korn. More than anything, their silence speaks volumes!
