I have ordered this product several times. I add water, cook up a batch in only six minutes, let it cool, then take Tsp or Tbls scoops out, freeze them on a tray. As soon as they are frozen, I put them in a freezer bag and take one or two out every day. I pop it into the microwave for 20 - 30 seconds, add fruits, veggies, sprouts, etc to it and my parrots love it.
