The Orgran Ris'O'Mais pastas are absolutely the best gluten-free pastas I have found anywhere, bar none. They consistently cook up well and don't fall apart or turn mushy, making them a terrific choice for a pasta salad or for using with a heavier pasta sauce.NOTE: I did try some of the pasta without the "Ris'O'Mais" included in the name and, even though it said rice and corn pasta, it turned out mushier than the other.
