I use Agave Organic Nectar in all of my recipes. With a husband who is diabetic, this product does not spike his blood sugar. When a recipe calls for one cup of sugar, I just substitue 2/3 cup of Agave Nectar. Works great for a sweetner on fresh fruit such as strawberries as well. Multiple uses...and no after taste as with some sugar substitutes. I've recommended it to others and they use it in tea and give rave reviews.
