These are excellent chips. I have had the Thin White and the Thick & Hearty yellow. Both are better than the national brands that you find in the grocery store.The thin chips are thinner than your usual chip. They are shatteringly crisp and addictive. They are the best corn chips I have ever purchased, anywhere, hands down. Excellent for eating plain or with a light textured salsa.
The Thick & Hearty chips are thicker than your usual chips. I wish they were saltier (55mg sodium per serving). They are quite crunchy, excellent for dipping, they stand up to the thickest guacamole or nacho toppings.
