These are premium fresh organic beans resulting in great flavor after roasting on an air popcorn popper to a medium roast which is my preference.I roast small batches, outside and grind in about 48 hrs. With great results.

Unlike most of our decaf coffees, we use the Swiss Water Process to decaffeinate these Organic Mexican beans. There is only one SWP facility, located in Vancouver, Canada. The Swiss Water Process is a 100% natural alternative to the Methylene Chloride process that has become the industry standard.Organically grown in Mexico, it features a moderate body and solid acidity with nutty undertones. We recommend a City Roast for this bean, but as always your mileage may vary.
